SEW-EURODRIVE PORTUGAL acquired in 2015 new offices in Porto, pursuing a well attending policy to our customers and progressive improvement. This investment, in an industrial area, allowed us to increase our stock area, and begin a future technical service center for electronic and mechanical drives.
We need to get closer to the customer supplying “on time” answers to their requests. Due to the level of industry in the north of Portugal and the much more demanding customer requests, together with the increasing complexity of our portfolio of solutions, this investment allowed us to create a new workstation in the Engineering of Applications area. Besides this, the new offices have a space dedicated to Certified Training to our Customers, and where project meetings can be held in better conditions.
The implementation of this new investment will allow SEW-EURODRIVE PORTUGAL to strengthen its Customer proximity policy, together with the creation of new business opportunities with current and future Customers.
